1st book of 2013! WOOT! And it started out with a good bang. This is ... oh boy.. 4 stars or 5 stars? I think I'll settle on 4.5 stars :0)It was SO good. It's got the strong heroine, the alpha hero, a great plot.. angels.. demons.. smut ;) All I could ever ask for. Ooh, and a bit of heartbreak too. I always feel bad for heroines or heroes who comes into the lives of their significant other after their SO's previous beloveds had passed away. I feel that, even they don't mean to, they are competing with dead people. How do you do that? How do you get passed that? Maybe I'm just not at that point in my life where I'm mature enough to handle that... but that's me. And he also lost a CHILD :0( EEK.This book just really pulled me in and I couldn't wait to finish it and it was interesting from beginning to end. How the heroine was trying to fit all the pieces of the puzzle together was fascinating too. Um, alpha archangel Gabriel was just hotness personified. And the heroines past was ... mind-blowing when you figure it out. Made me happy. Great book :0)
